dated rooms loud air conditioning
the staff were supportive and the sky bar offered very nice views.
the bed was large but too hard for my liking. I prefer a fluffier hotel bed. also, the balcony lacked seating, forcing me to move chairs from inside, and i was positioned between two loud air conditioning units.

fantastic stay with great service
warm welcome quick check-in lovely skyline
the hotel staff greeted me warmly. i found the check-in process quick and easy. my room offered lovely skyline views that i enjoyed. the breakfast buffet included a wonderful variety of options that i really enjoyed.
the wait times for elevators became long during peak hours and it did cause some delays.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet had a great choice of dishes. The suite was spacious with a great view from the balcony (i was grateful for that).
The hotel felt outdated. Pricing at the restaurants was too expensive. The lounge access with free drinks was crowded. It took a long time to get a drink.

excellent hotel experience
kind staff professional staff
the staff was kind and very well prepared. i liked the lounge access including free drinks all day. the restaurants had very professional staff.
the air conditioning in the lobby felt limited , and it was quite warm. the m floor seemed disorganized , and the food there was not good.
