Satisfactory Stay
excellent room size good cleanliness professional staff bad car park cramped lobby slow check-in process
The room size was excellent. Cleanliness was also maintained well . The staff were very friendly and professional throughout the premises.
The car park resembled a horror movie set. The lobby felt cramped and unimpressive upon arrival. I also found the check-in process to be slow.

dated rooms loud air conditioning
the staff were supportive and the sky bar offered very nice views.
the bed was large but too hard for my liking. I prefer a fluffier hotel bed. also, the balcony lacked seating, forcing me to move chairs from inside, and i was positioned between two loud air conditioning units.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet had a great choice of dishes. The suite was spacious with a great view from the balcony (i was grateful for that).
The hotel felt outdated. Pricing at the restaurants was too expensive. The lounge access with free drinks was crowded. It took a long time to get a drink.
